Harlequin R is a really exciting horse for the future who already does almost all of the Grand Prix. She is elegant, elastic, and powerful. She has international quality piaffe and passage. She has easy, big changes. She has three excellent gaits, with a lot of power and carrying ability behind. She gives a super feeling under saddle, and although quite sensitive, she is very intelligent and hardworking.

In 2018, Harlequin R showed at Third Level with scores to 72.628% and would have likely ranked in the top 10 in the USDF Horse of the Year standings, but Alyssa failed to enter Harley in enough tests to qualify for the ranking. In 2017, she was ranked #7 in the USDF Horse of the Year standings with a median of 74.412% with scores to 79%. In 2019, as only a year old, she is already ready for Prix St Georges and Intermediate I, although Alyssa prefers to only show her 7 year olds at Fourth Level. Alyssa believes that Grand Prix will be her best level.
